Hosted VoIP
The Chicane Hosted VoIP solution enables a customer to be extremely flexible in their telephony arrangements, from numbers of extensions (known as seats) to being able to relocate and take the whole system with them. It also allows for remote/ teleworking over a suitable broadband connection (see IP Connectivity below).

SIP Trunking
Chicane offer competitive SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) trunking services, allowing businesses to make and receive phone calls over their IP connectivity [VoIP] without the need for expensive ISDN channels or reliance on costly multiple analogue lines – all that’s required is a SIP-compatible IP-PBX, and we can port existing numbers for ease of transition. Particular areas of interest included (but are certainly not limited to) Asterisk, 3CX, Cisco Call Manager and Call Manager Express and TelemetriTM deployments.
